CIRCLES

Why Circles Matter

Workshops are powerful — but leadership change doesn’t happen in a single burst of inspiration.

Calm REBEL Circles are ongoing, small-group coaching spaces where leaders can pause, reflect, and practise leading differently in the middle of their real work.

Circles give you the accountability, perspective, and courage that’s hard to find in the day-to-day. They make sure what you learn doesn’t just fade — it becomes how you actually lead.

What Youll Gain

By joining a Calm REBEL Circle, you’ll find:

Perspective

a safe space to step outside your organisational bubble and see clearly.

Momentum

accountability to keep experimenting, even when the system pushes back.

Resilience

the confidence to hold your integrity without burning out or giving in.

Support

a trusted group of peers who understand the challenges of values-driven leadership.

Practical Tools

guided exercises to apply the Calm REBEL Arc™ to your current challenges.

CIRCLES

Is This For You?

Calm REBEL Circles are for leaders who:
A man and a woman sit together on black chairs, having a conversation. The woman holds a white mug, and both appear engaged. Behind them, cream walls with yellow moulding surround a radiator and subtle decorative circles.
