Workshops are powerful — but leadership change doesn’t happen in a single burst of inspiration.
Calm REBEL Circles are ongoing, small-group coaching spaces where leaders can pause, reflect, and practise leading differently in the middle of their real work.
Circles give you the accountability, perspective, and courage that’s hard to find in the day-to-day. They make sure what you learn doesn’t just fade — it becomes how you actually lead.
What You’ll Gain

Resilience
the confidence to hold your integrity without burning out or giving in.

CIRCLES
Is This For You?
Calm REBEL Circles are for leaders who:
Don’t just want ideas, but a space to practise and embed them.
Feel isolated in their leadership challenges and want connection.
Value being supported while also supporting others.
Know the system won’t change overnight — but want to keep their integrity intact.
