I work differently.
My coaching gives you space to think properly, but it also helps you turn insight into action. I’ll help you notice patterns, challenge assumptions, reconnect with what matters, and make moves that are small enough to do and real enough to matter.
I bring years of coaching experience, deep leadership and organisational understanding, and the Calm REBEL perspective: helping good people stay human and effective in systems that often pull them away from themselves.
